Ceramic Media Formulations
Great for deburring, descaling and cleaning
Royson FC
Aggressive cutting tumbling media. Performs well on all metals. Low micro-inch finishes obtainable, especially on ferrous alloys.
Royson MC
A medium cut for most applications. Along with quick deburring, good finish and color obtainable.
Royson MFC
Extremely tight bond with fine abrasive permits good cut with long tumbling media life. Good finishes and color are achieved.
Royson LC
A light cut and burnish material. Long life, good color.
Royson DF
A high density tumbling media that has extremely high fracture resistance and is fast cutting.
Royson P
A porcelain body with no abrasive present. Use for improving color and light burnishing.
Royson SC
A medium cut silicon carbide tumbling media. Ideal for material to be brazed, welded or soldered.

 


Plastic Media Formulations
Great for pre-plate finishing, cleaning, and smoothing surfaces

Fine Cut R-06
This light cutting, very long lasting media consisting of fine abrasive flours. Leaves an extremely low R.M S. finish. Its light cutting ability is excellent for obtaining light color and mild deburring.
Standard Cut R-07
This moderate cutting, long lasting plastic media consisting of quartz abrasive leaves a low R.M.S. finish. Its cutting ability is excellent for deburring and surface removal of all metals when a light color and good finish are required.
Fast Cut R-08
This fast cutting, moderate wearing media consisting of aluminum oxide leaves a fairly low R.M.S. finish. Its fast cutting ability is excellent for deburring and surface removal of all metals when a light color and fair finish are required.
